They took me without a reservation and completed the work quickly. The service attendant came out immediately and took my car back. He was very friendly and explained the checkup to me and asked if I needed any other help with my car.
My sales advisor was awesome. He knew my appointment was at 8am and when I arrived he greeted me with a smile. I told him what my problem was and he got on it immediately. I was kept informed on what was going on with my vehicle. He was just awesome and on top of things.
