This company is awful beyond belief, I've had techs come 10 times to fix the same problem that no one can seem to be able to fix. Missed 10 days from work, stuck in this stupid contract and when i said I wanted the contract refunded because they've failed to do what there supposed to they wanted to charge me for all the service calls WHICH IS THERE FAULT for not fixing. Don't get involved with this company, I should have checked there crappy reviews first.

Worst service in the world!!! Such BS this company has 4☆ rating. Ive never met a company so greedy, unprofessional, and inexperienced. NEVER use this company. The contract is such BS. Don't fall for what I did please.

When it comes to Heating Oil delivery, you will be expected to pay approximately .70 cents to $1.00 more per gallon compared to any local oil company. Petro is probably the most expensive out of all of them; yet their delivery is reliable and stress-free, and their online portal is easy to use. Their maintenance plan is amazing; really deserves a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, reliable technicians, and good work.

I bought a house in winter and signed a contract with them for a year as I had a no heat emergency and they wouldn't do anything without a contract. Fine. They solved the no heat issue and the technician said the boiler was fine to service in April as they don't do service during winter and it looked fine. A few weeks later it backed up and oil dust went all over my downstairs. The tech came and then proceeded to track the dust all over my house.
