Terrible service. Pay for a service contract for AC system they installed and when it stops working it takes 3 weeks to get a tech out. Do not use this company!!

April 2026. Wow another excellent service call from Petro! They had same day appointment and the technician was on time and excellent; he was extremely knowledgable, had expertise and discovered the problem, replaced dead parts, and checked all components to make sure- All working great now! Petro is Not to be Trusted! Petro is not an honest company. Take my advice and don’t use this company! They deliver oil when you don’t need oil, they deliver oil even if you cancelled delivery. They stopped letting me know I was going to receive an oil delivery because they want to deliver oil even though you don’t need it. I have received multiple deliveries within a month, that’s right a month! The last delivery I received was 60 something gallons, that’s all my tank would allow.
