I literally have not been able to get them to do a burner service for two years now. They always say 8 months out. Then when the day comes they say ask you to reschedule. Then the second dates comes and they forgot or don't have any note of it happening. You guys are the absolutely worst company perhaps on Long Island.

Would give zero stars if possible. Take your business elsewhere. Was a long-time customer, but when they continued to use my old name after I legally changed it and after notifying them several times, I took my business elsewhere. I found their customer service to be very unprofessional and dysfunctional. And they're overpriced too. Would not recommend to anyone.

My wife called to see when the next delivery would take place she was told a delivery would happen on Sunday before the snow storm. I didn't know she had called and I was concerned about the weather called myself at 3:41pm and the customer service person said there would be a delivery guaranteed on Sunday before the storm.he also stated that he was greatful for us being a customer since 1994 and I thanked him for his time I was getting a gen and snow blower prepared before the storm and my wife came out to tell me the heat w... read more

I had a delivery less Than 3 1/2 weeks ago and I was charged $686.85 at $4.58 a gallon. They came to my home yesterday and started filling my oil tank again and I had to run out there to tell them to stop. Again I was charged $383.94 at $4.55 less than 3 wks they delivered. They told me they weren't sure if I needed the oil. I complained that I am now almost at $1,000 owed to them less than three weeks of oil that I did not need. I have a service contract with Petro.. I thought having one would help me when I need help.. it’s not so.. my house lost hot water and heat this morning. Nov 21st.. the technician comes at 4:00 pm when I was told by 12:00. He comes and says I have no oil in my tank. They forgot to deliver my oil. The Petro tech puts 20 gallons in my tank and turns on the hot water and my boiler. He waits 10 minutes and leaves. Now it’s 5:00 so I decide to wait to make sure everything is copasetic.
