Used Petro to install an underground propane tank and lines to my generator and stove. The install was annoying because they kept trying to get me to do an above ground tank, which I didnt want. Once installed, the shut off valve to the tank itself didnt work, but rather than fixing it and replacing the broken part, they added another shut off (not something I would expect a reputable company to do) to avoid having to empty the tank. I had Jose come to my home today and was very impressed by him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and completed his work diligently. He explained everything and offered sales on carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. This is the first time I had such a complete inspection done on my tanks and inside system. He definitely is an asset to your company. He was also very personable. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I recently had services by Petro and I must say every time I’ve needed them they’ve went above and beyond. Jose P was my tech and he was knowledgeable, polite and took his time to explain how the system works. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him every company needs a Jose who cares and values the customer’s concerns.

I have been a customer for a few years. Last summer my AC quit working. This year during my annual oil burner cleaning the technician told me my 30 year old furnace was nearing the end. I never liked having oil and thought now is the time. I had one of their sales team give me an quote on a propane conversion with new a new HVAC system. The price was right in the ball park. Outstanding customer service. As a new customer I needed a new tank and safety check. Jose spent a great deal of time setting me up…very professional and knowledgeable! Lauren in customer service was also very helpful in scheduling my installation. Very happy!
