Unfortunately I could not give zero stars. My parents and I have been with Petro for many years. We have seen a decline in service. I have a yearly service agreement on my A/C in which they are to come 1x a year to inspect. At least 3 years in a row they cancelled my yearly service inspection appts on me 3x. This year I was requesting a service call for the first time in years. Told I had to wait a few weeks for an appt. JULY 23, 2026...This will be the 3rd time in a little more than a month that I've had to call Petro for the same problem with our boiler. The issue has been "Freeze Out" on the indicator on the boiler. We had no hot water. The first repair person that came out told me that nothing was wrong with it. He turned it off and on. He did replace a leaking valve near the water heater which I was charged for even though I have a service contract. So, it worked for about 4 weeks and we had hot water.
