7/2/26 The Customer Service I received during my annual contract renewal was AMAZING. I've been a client of Petro for almost 13 years, and their service has really tanked over the past few years. I pay almost a grand for the service contract, which includes an annual tune up and 24/7 emergency service. Last year they no-showed my tune up appointment. Only when *I* called them at the end of the appointment window did I find out they screwed up the scheduling. I have been disappointed with Petro from the beginning of my time with them. I became a customer because of my union’s partnership with Petro. When i signed up the lady was so nice but misinformed. I was told the tanks would cost me nothing annually (true), there were no minimums (true), delivery was automatic (true), and that prices were comparable to competitors (not true). They offer no ways of repayment if you fall behind. And no delivery until you pay up. Delivers when we don't need it, because they want that $$$.

Petro is a great company I have the premier service contract with them servicing my furnace, So far, every issue I had with my furnace was taken care of in a timely fashion. The techs who came to the house were always knowledgeable neat and friendly.
