Bad maintenance and management.....I've been filling at this petro pass truck stop since more than a month one faulty def pump and now another out of order from last one week almost and now only one left ,my company they suggest to fill here otherwise I dont even prefer to take a stop here ...just dont ask me about their washrooms and cleanliness, worst
i will every day fuel up in my truck this petro pass but don't care wind water fuel up very bad management please tell your fuel up every day
This gas station is very poorly maintained. Their DEF machines do not work, which causes long wait times, so don’t waste your time stopping here if you need DEF. They are also consistently out of tissue at the stations. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
Today, I went to the store for shower and the assistant Kawaljit Singh was their and at night I called him and asked that I had refueled, but the machine didn’t print the receipt, and I wanted to take a shower. He said, “No problem, just come in and I’ll give you the shower.” But now, when I went there, he refused and was very rude, and he didn’t want to listen at all. On the evening of my visit, after 9:00 PM, I attempted to purchase a propane tank at this Esso location and was denied by the employee on duty. I was explicitly told that there is a law in Canada prohibiting the sale of propane tanks after 9:00 PM. After leaving the station, I independently researched this claim and could find no federal, provincial, or municipal regulation that supports this statement.
