Just came to fill the gas at 10:15 pm tonight. There was one guy working with mask on and long hair. When i went inside to pre pay for my gas, i greeted him but no response from him and he did same when i said thank you while leaving the store again same rude behaviour. Poor service. Like he cannot even greet or say thank you come on bud this is Canada..

Stay away from this petro Canada my car was scratched in the car wash really bad.They took my information couple weeks ago after the employee couldn’t find the complaint form.Its been over a month and still no call or anything.Went in and tried speaking again they will not help at all. They made 0 attempts to get a hold of me. Unfortunately will have to go through insurance. Since they cannot help.Avoid this location if possible!

Very disappointed, this evening went to redeem my petro point for car wash, the cashier/attendant told me that I do not have enough petro points, when checked I have over 41000 petro points, only 10000 needed for a car wash, why would he do that? I Did not argue with him. This is the second time this guy did it (skinny, long hair with glasses). Is there anyone who can keep an eye on him? Very unprofessional and unethical. He should be investigated for this kind of behaviour.

Staff here on October 17 at 3pm is completely rude and inconsiderate. I came to fill up gas and really needed to use the washroom and was told by your employee with the mask to go somewhere else because some dude with a ladder was fixing something over the door instead of asking the worker to move over for a second. After I went to my car to leave he finally asked the worker to move the ladder to the side to let other customers in.
