Had an unfortunate experience at the car wash today. My mirror was damaged and I didn’t notice until I got home. I was rinsing off my vehicle at home as it did a terrible job when I noticed the mirror. After going back to see what could be done to rectify the problem a nice employee recovered the broken piece. The manager however was not helpful. I asked for a refund and was refused as I had gone home and back. I was told it was my fault for having a loose mirror cap. Everything it’s perfectly. The guy working at the gas station is so welcoming.
I’ve had repeated bad experiences with this Petro-Canada location, especially with the car wash. The car wash is often out of service or not working properly, and today was no exception. I paid for a wash, and it didn’t work again. When I asked the staff for a car wash code or a report so I could come back another day, they refused to help and gave me a very poor attitude.
