Horrible customer service. They changed their car wash to touchless. Might as well stop coming here. Its no longer on my preferred location list
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Petro-Canada location, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid coming here. The employee on duty, named Gurjot, treated me with extreme disrespect and showed clear racial discrimination — something that is absolutely unacceptable and illegal in Canada. I went there in the evening simply to get gas, and I wanted to redeem my Petro-Points using Apple Pay, which is a standard payment method. Shockingly, he flat-out refused to serve me.
