They lock the doors at night and deal with you through a small window. As this is way outside the norm for St. Albert, I have to assume there's some kind of saftey issue there. I'd recommend avoiding this place, especially at night. There's a lovely 7-11 a couple km south that is open, inviting, and safe at night.
Nothing like dealing with staff through a locked door like a criminal, while they lie to me about prices. A+ scam operation. 100% would return if I decide I hate myself.
Worst Customer Service Ever. Their app is not working for season pass, and refuse to help out in any way. Very rude and unprofessional behave shown by one staff, may be Janeth. Beside this, car was in not good at all, it can't even wash your car properly. Just like spraying water on your car. Never Ever recommend
I wish I read the reviews before coming to this car wash, absolutely a waste of money, did not clean my car properly and they raised the prices to $18.99 for the “best” option they had, the front and back of my car still looks how it was before, with dust and dirt, not to mention the whole car wash was about 30 seconds long, so ya, not only it did not wash properly but also did not dry it properly…. will never come back, waste of time and money!!
