Extremely disappointing experience at Petro-Canada on February 25, 2026 around 1:30 PM. I unfortunately did not get the employee’s name, but the service was unacceptable. The employee was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. Basic questions were met with attitude, and there was zero professionalism. Bent our rear view mirror outward. And Sprayed soap on them that the soft cloth didn't clean off, which instantly froze to ice (outside temperature was below zero) rendering both rear view mirrors unusable. If they needed to be folded in there should have been instructions on entry.

This place is a complete joke the managers lie through their teeth. Telling you that you have limit on using your Petro points for fuel because why would a large company enroll you in a system with “rewards” and yet they gas station won’t let you because they are losing money. I had over 1.5 million worth of points that I was redeeming from the email I got from Petro stating my points will be lost if I don’t spend them…, this entire gas station and company has gone down the drain and only getting worse trying to keep it with... read more

Bought oil here, had to grab from the back of the stack because they were left outside for who knows how long. Products are a bit expensive.
