Terrible costumer service never seen nothing like this. The car wash is not working properly only weed my truck. All the dirt and dust was still in the truck. Preceded to talk with the person working inside. Come with me to check my truck just to say that I shouldn't go trough touchless bc o drive a truck and it's made for little cars only. Terrible car wash, I have a seasons pass and used this location for wash. The back of my car was still completely dirty when I exited the wash. Any other location in Newmarket does a better job. I won't go back to this location for a car wash.
I would have given a zero star if possible. Terrible services and unprofessional staffs. Always find excuses when something is not right instead of trying to offer help. Will not recommend this location to anyone. I hope this location does not ruin the brand. The worst location that I have ever visited.
Bad experience with the car wash. Poor customer service, rude attitude not allowing me to visit this place. This is not first time happen, this is repeated issue. Sorry to say my bad I have my car washes session pass with them. Better to post this on the Next door neighbour too.
