28 April 9:40PM Indian or Srilankan lady ignore customers playing with cell phone shitty service compared to others Petro Canada Gas stations. Hope it’s will help to improve your customer service. If you can’t 8 hours shift better do 6 hours.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Petro-Canada. This is the second time I’ve used their car wash service, and once again my vehicle was not properly dried. What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior. When I went inside the gas station to report the issue, instead of addressing my concern or offering a solution, the employee was rude and dismissive.
