Really disappointed with the service. Got here in the morning at 0500 hrs. The lady working at the cashier is very unprofessional and doesn’t know anything about the customer service. She refused to scan my points card and said the wire for the scanner is very short and also didn’t opened the door. Will not come here again. Owners must take care of this to build a good reputation of the store.
Worker behind the counter is EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL ! Manager has zero respect for customer!!! Zero customer service!
Really disappointed with the car wash and I paid for the Superworks Premium wash. Clearly didn't get the car clean. The front & back windows still show the grime where the wipers don't reach. Bird droppings not cleaned off. The whole back looks like it was not washed at all with all the dust & grime. I asked for a refund; but, was declined.
