Locking the doors and having to wait outside to be let in to pay is very inconvenient and unnecessary. We are literally in the safest place in the entire world. This is not the standard at shoppers next door, which literally has a pharmacy!!! You start doing this, this becomes the standard. Very bad Customer Service!!!
The newly hired Indian guy who works on Monday nights is extremely disrespectful, mean and rude especially when his manager is not around. Please train your staff with basic manners because they lack every aspect of customer service. PetroCanada needs to do better.
