Waited 30+ minutes in line with my two young children all for the app to glitch and not work!!! This is the second time within the month that this has happened. Unhelpful customer service in store, and don’t even think about calling their customer service line, they won’t answer!!!!!

Waited for 45 mins in line for car wash and was not able to pay for the car wash at the machine like other Petro stations. Was told to come in to pay first and wait again in line. Staff advise not her problem. Always seem to have an issue with this Petro. Will use the Esso down the street moving forward.

Snow in car wash line not plowed. My car got stuck and my front lip got destroyed. Guy inside was also rude and was screaming over the phone

DO NOT GO HERE !!! NEW MANAGEMENT & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Extremely poor experience – vehicle damaged & staff misconduct I have been a regular customer at this Petro-Canada location for over 5 years, purchasing season pass car washes. Not only was my vehicle damaged during this occasion but What made this situation far worse was the unacceptable behavior of the male attendant on duty (tall, approx. 6’1”, thick black frame glasses). Very dissatisfied with the customer service. The cashier, Gurjeet, she was rude and unprofessional. I changed my mind during a transaction to also get gas, and she became annoyed, made facial gestures, and argued instead of handling it politely. Customer service requires patience and respect, which was clearly lacking.
