Poor service overall and rude staff. Have tried their car wash twice and both times the buzzer rings very loud and machine didn’t wash the car. If you don’t buy gas they charge extra for a wash. Not using them again.
Worst petro in Vaughan. Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Petro had all credit and debit down and the staff refused to notify any customers even after they filled up there vehicles. Didn’t tell people until they got to register no signs. Staff have a habit of constantly selling car washes when the car wash is down and then turn around refuse refunds to customers. Horrible customer service.
I recently visited this station at 9pm Jan 23, 2025 and I encountered an issue with one of your fuel pumps. The automatic shutoff valve did not work as expected, and fuel continued to dispense even after my tank was full. As a result, at least $20 of fuel was wasted. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that there were no signs or warnings on the pump to indicate that the valve was malfunctioning. This could have been avoided if proper maintenance or notifications were in place.
