Absolutely horrible service !!!… the last 4 times I went there between 11pm and 3 am…..doors to store was locked and no sign in window!… and i knocked on the window and no worker ever appeared!!.. most likely sleeping in backroom!.. and always a issue with the payment system or the pump!!..good to know that if someone had any type of emergency that they would find a locked door on a 24 hour gas station located right off of the 401 hwy!!!.. what a joke!!!

I stopped at this car wash while driving from Toronto to Kitchener since it was on the way and covered by my car wash pass. As I always do, I inspected my car after the wash and was disappointed to see that many areas still had dirt and stains. It looked more like a simple water rinse than an actual car wash. I went inside and requested a rewash, but the staff refused and told me to drive to the Cambridge location the next day, which was not practical at all. Very unprofessional staff I went there July 5 2026 Sunday 5:30 p:m for car wash. Car wash was closed then I thought to go inside to get coupon but door was closed and no one was inside. So many people was waiting to open door and frustrate and return. I wait 15 min then left. I went next day for coupon and he said I can’t give you coupon and store was not closed it was open he just lie front of me and I just left can’t stand front for these kind people.
