The amount of times Ive been locked out of this gas station in the morning is embarassing. I knock on the door and no answer. This happens more often than not. Awful way to run a business
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Petro-Canada location. I have a seasonal pass for the car wash and vacuum, but the vacuum didn’t work and I was still charged for it. When I spoke to the associate, he said he couldn’t do anything and that only the manager could handle it. I provided all my details as requested, but it ended up being a complete waste of time—there’s still been no response or resolution. Poor customer service and no follow-up.
