This bigger Indian lady with glasses on at the front counter very disrespectful every time I scan my Petro points app she wants to grab my phone see my phone I've been a member for 30 years you sit there and tell me like I'm a liar and make me look like an idiot that I'm using somebody else's points you know how many customers you have lost from the whole Community around your area they talk about you when you keep doing this to the customers no wonder a lot of customers of leaving going across the street for fuel have some ... read more

Had a great experience at Petro-Canada, all thanks to Joy! He’s very knowledgeable, knows how to deal with customers, and speaks in a very polite and professional way. The station was clean, service was smooth, and Joy made the visit really pleasant. Highly appreciated!

I gassed up here on July 6th, an hour later my car wouldn't start. It's a week later, it's been to the mechanics', and they tell me the reason is that I put contaminated gas in it. It's still not starting reliably. I called the station to let them know that there might be a problem, and the clerk was super defensive. Gee, I wonder why? How many other cars did you screw up this week???
