Car wash did not clean the sides of the car or tires. Told too bad. It’s not our policy to check how our car wash is cleaning or issue a voucher to get another.
The car wash works terribly went through twice and my truck is still filthy and covered in soap. The pressure was terrible and it did one of the worst jobs I’ve seen on my truck. I will never go back to that car wash.
Poor customer service.
I have been a loyal Petro Canada customer for quite some time, including having a membership for their car wash services. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their car wash has left me extremely disappointed. Yesterday, I went to use the car wash, followed all instructions, and put my car in neutral as required. However, the car wash failed to operate correctly—my car didn’t move, and the water and soap started falling, but nothing happened.
