Frustrating and disappointing Experience at Petro Canada Car Wash I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such a bad experience at the Petro Canada car wash today that I feel like I need to share it. I tried to use the car wash with the app, but it showed that the service was inactive. I had purchased a $236 car wash card from the same store, so I went to the front desk to ask for help. Disappointing customer service!! Had a really bad experience on Friday(March 28) around 6 PM. The carwash app wasn’t working, so we called for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped us was extremely rude and dismissive, offering no alternatives or solutions. This is not acceptable customer service. Frontline employees should know how to handle situations like this respectfully, especially when the issue is on their end. We spent hundreds of dollars and expected better treatment. Very disappointed!!
Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars as I was able to get the manager to give me the Petro points that I earn with my gift card purchases, but be careful going to this location if you are trying to earn/collect Petro points. The cashiers are crooks and will accept your gift cards, but won't allow you to earn Petro points.
Don't buy a car wash here lol
