Went for a car wash. Got all the way to the end to see that it was closed . So we had drive out which was not ideal. Asked for a refund and the person didn't know how to do it. Very disappointed.
Watch for over charging. Numerous incidents of cashiers adding money to total. Asked for receipt the final time and was told it was not working. Will not be back.
I have been a regular customer at this car wash for over two years. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the older woman working at the store. On multiple occasions, the vacuum system has not worked properly. The first time it happened, I approached her politely to request a credit since I had paid for a service that wasn’t provided. I am a regular user of the car wash but when i pointed out about an issue with the wash last week to your staff Kiara, she said it will be looked into but after washing this week its not resolved. When i told her yesterday (friday april 4), she told me no one else has any issue and the maintenance person found out there is no problem with the wash.
