Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Extremely poor customer service. The car wash was broken, and instead of handling the issue professionally, the old lady at the front was rude, dismissive, and visibly reluctant to provide a replacement coupon. It felt like I was asking for a personal favor rather than receiving a reasonable solution for a service I had paid for. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for paying customers, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. The old lady at the front was extremely reluctant to provide a replacement coupon when the car wash was broken, as if she was giving it out of her own pocket. We paid for a seasonal car wash pass, so this attitude is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing!!!!!

This lovely location emptied just over $400 from my petro points. They are scam artist location. If they are stealing my petro points I would not feel safe using my credit card there. Shady.
