Very bad customer service. The lady who is working there is so rude and disrespectful. Yesterday I went there for car wash, my card was not working that time. And I press the assistant button, she talks very rudely with me. She said come to the store and then she didn’t reply. If I have to come in the store then why there is a button for assistant help. I was in a big queue that time.

Season Pass service is very bad. The app does not work properly. They hav not sent me the physical card till Jan 27, 2026 though I have applied for the physical card before christmas. Fully paid. Super foam is mostly empty for most of the days.

I purchased car wash by mistake due to unfriendly self serve pump screen. I went inside to cancel the car wash. The Attendent declined to help me. Worst service ever. Will never want to buy gas from this garbage location. Super unfriendly staff.

I visited this location for a car wash November 23rd Time 3:30pm. My car was in the car wash and there was another car in front of me which was stuck during the dryer that use my dryer time. When I gave complaint in the store that lady denied my complaint and told me simply no. What is it mean by using this car wash even this guys not able to solve the fault and simply say no.
