I usually fill at night . Feb 25 after midnight you have to pay at window if the transaction is in cash . I waited 10 minutes in cold & attendant saw me never entertained for some reason & I left Also one night he complained I used too much washer fluid for cleaning windows & I had to put back from my gallon to satisfy the guy . When you spend $80 for you deserve some service . These gas station attendants service has become total trash no customer service no greetings bins always full of garbage .. miss old gold days
The staff are fine, but the car wash availability is the problem. With an annual pass, I expect consistent access, but in winter the wash is frequently closed during snow. Please post closure reasons/hours clearly and consider credits or pass extensions for long closure periods.
The car wash is a conveyor touchfree. Each time it takes 2.5minutes.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent car wash experience here. After waiting in line, I went through the wash and it seemed like the entire system malfunctioned. The wash was unusually quick, and my car came out almost the same as it went in—still dirty, with many areas completely untouched. The sides were not cleaned properly, and several spots were clearly missed. It felt like the wash cycle did not run as it should have. Had a lovely experience there. The staff were nice and welcoming. Very clean store.The car wash worked great and cleaned all the salt stains I had on my car!
