Jul 19 at 9:00pm I tapped my Car Wash Season Pass to enter the car wash, but the gate never opened and I was never able to enter the car wash. Despite that, one of my washes was still deducted from my season pass. I went inside to explain what happened and asked for help, but the South Asian cashier refused to do anything.
