The older man by the name of “Joseph” that works here is extremely rude and unreasonable. Would NOT recommend this location at all. He wanted to force us into potentially getting a parking ticket for his own convenience. Firstly, we went in for a car wash and the car came out dirty and completely WET, which will leave water spots all over the black car, and windows - he would not listen despite being shown the dirt and wetness, and kept arguing and raised his voice, stating he would only give a rewash for 30 minutes. Uses rails to pull your car through. No touch less car wash option offered.
3 times filled gas there. Never have had the receipt paper loaded and forced to walk to the cashier every time. No issues with that. The only question is: whether that's acing worthy saving piece of paper on account of a customer's time/life? And all of this instead of just loading the paper in time.
Cashier immediately rang up a second item and said “half price” and refused to take it off. Pressuring to purchase is an insanely bad business model. I know reviews like this will do absolutely nothing for the bottom line, but the frustration will keep us from coming back.
They advertised 350kw..but only charges at 45kw just to make more money , deserve zero star
