Very poor customer service by Lovepreet. He couldn’t even give the contact of the store manager (Syed). He was very hesitant to provide the name as well. App was down and I couldn’t do my car wash. All I asked was for a pass so that I dont miss my wash. Lovepreet couldn’t escalate the issue or give me the pass or give me the contact of the manager. One of the worst places. His reason was he needs to give the reason for printing the pass to his manager and asked me to contact customer care to resolve the issue. Update - no wo... read more
Lights on but doors locked and nobody inside at 12:35pm. 2 weeks later I'm here again at 2:18 am and the place is empty. Truly pathetic
Great gas station with friendly staff, i usually see Ram and Rishav there , on weekends i see Love and Mohabat . All are very helpful and respectful. i like to go there. Clean washrooms, and a well-maintained facility. Perfect for a quick stop!"

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in to grab a bottle of water. I was there for no more in 2 minutes as they didn't have the brand I usually get so I was trying to decide what else I wanted when the person behind the desk rudely yells out to hurry up. He says it two or three times and says they are closing in a minute. I've worked customer service my whole life.
