I have a 90-day season pass car wash card. I waited for one hour in the line, and when I reached my turn, the system said my card had expired, even though I still have 36 days left. This is the second time this has happened at the same location. I entered the store at around 9:00 PM on the evening of September 14th, 2025. Entered the store at around 3:45pm in the afternoon on 29th April 2025. Employee working is too rude and literally asked me to buy elsewhere. Did not hear a please or a thank you from him. Arrogant behaviour and will never go there here after. Employee cannot even speak proper English. Such a shame. How do you expect me to communicate?
