I have a 90-day season pass car wash card. I waited for one hour in the line, and when I reached my turn, the system said my card had expired, even though I still have 36 days left. This is the second time this has happened at the same location. I entered the store at around 9:00 PM on the evening of September 14th, 2025. The employee working was very rude and literally asked me to buy a new card, even though I have already paid for a 90-day Petro-Canada card. It was arrogant behavior, and I will never go there again.
