Great customer service by a staff member named Sachin. I visited this Petro-Canada to prepay for gas, and he calmly asked about Lotto and my points card, which I appreciated. After fueling, I went to fill air in my car tires but had a bit of trouble. I asked him for help, and he gave me clear, helpful instructions that made the process very easy. Overall, a great experience and excellent service.
Diesel pump is a joke and trickles fuel. Been here for 15 mins and it’s only pumped 40L.
EXTREMELY RUDE WORKER! Why she is not fired yet anyway... Not helpful, just looking at your face very aggressively! Makes you feel ashamed of yourself for being a customer! I'm talking about South Asian female... Not answering the questions anyway, probably she doesn't even know English!
