"window service" at night is horrific. Can't even use the bank machine. One of your staff is rude and will not take direction as to where items are located. The other young lady working nights is very, very friendly and always tries her best. Really disappointed since that window went in... Especially lack of access to ATM as is a pain as it costs me quite a bit to use a non RBC machine
