Very bad customer service at this location. They hired a grandmother that doesn’t speak English well and doesn’t know how to use the systems properly. I asked to fill up $20 worth of 87 gas. She charged me $87.20 for premium gas. Than I went back into the store and asked to switch it to 87 and she made me wait until serving 4 other customers. I stopped by this Petro-Canada today to fill up, and the experience was frustrating. It’s snowing, so I tried using the app to pay at the pump, but it wasn’t working. I went inside to pay and was charged 11 cents more per litre than the posted price. When I questioned it, the cashier said the price changes 20 minutes before midnight—which seems unfair and misleading. I went there tonight i was waiting outside for 10 minutes and i didn’t see any cashier there even when the store was opened one of the worse station to go to
They lie about prices. Advertise $1.55. Price at pump $1.65
Very poor customer service I both a vape and it wasn’t working I went to ask for an exchange or refund. The management told me “One is open they can do anything!” How do I know if it is function till i try. It is a scam watch out for your money. It is a 35$ vape that I will never see again? What a joke.
