Had to claim my free lotto tickets, as I buy in groups so I keep track of all the tickets I buy or redeem as free plays via the lotto app and in store before I head down to the cashiers. Today was a different story gave the cashier 4 tickets in total 1 was $$ and the other 3 were freeplays ...I was given the $ and only 2 tickets back. Upon questioning the cashier was like no no the machine only gave me these back and she didn't even pursue on the matter as I could see after me questioning she just wanted to dismiss the case ... read more
