Costumer service was very poor. In fact if i could give a negative review i would do that. Store clerk was absolute rude and lacking costumer service. Called to ask how much was the gas rate right now so i could gas up since i live in edmonton and my work is near leduc. I always go to this location to fill up my gas since it was convenient for me. If you are not going to let people use the restroom at 2am, make a better excuse than "it doesn't work". Are you referring to yourself or the restroom? When we asked you where you go you just repeated yourself. Try harder. I come through Leduc on a regular basis but that is the final time you will see me into that store. If your clerk cannot do basic customer service that requires NO effort on his part, perhaps find better staff who are competent at being human beings.

The managment needs to get a MASSIVE grip on their staff. I went in to the store, picked up some items, got to the counter, and instead of getting a friendly "hello!", the middle-aged asian lady at the register walked up, stared at me like she didn't care and literally went "what?" I genuinely had to take a second with that to process how i was just approached (so unprofessionally!!!).
