If you are not going to let people use the restroom at 2am, make a better excuse than "it doesn't work". Are you referring to yourself or the restroom? When we asked you where you go you just repeated yourself. Try harder. I come through Leduc on a regular basis but that is the final time you will see me into that store. If your clerk cannot do basic customer service that requires NO effort on his part, perhaps find better staff who are competent at being human beings.

The managment needs to get a MASSIVE grip on their staff. I went in to the store, picked up some items, got to the counter, and instead of getting a friendly "hello!", the middle-aged asian lady at the register walked up, stared at me like she didn't care and literally went "what?" I genuinely had to take a second with that to process how i was just approached (so unprofessionally!!!). Purchased full tank of gas as well as many snack options. Watched staff member come out of the bathroom herself but then noticed she out a sign up stating “temporarily out of service”. Not acceptable for staff to be dishonest about the washroom- a basic service. I understand things happen but it was obvious that this was dishonest.
