I had a very disappointing experience here. I stopped by because I needed to use the washroom, and out of courtesy I intended to buy something first. I wanted an iced coffee, but they didn't have one available. When I explained that I had planned to make a purchase before using the washroom, the staff member pointed to the sign saying, "Washroom is for customers only," and insisted I needed to buy something despite not having what I wanted. nice cute little convenience store! the cashier was a g and lended us some bags for our backpacks in the box of our truck so we could protect from the rain!🥰

I was disappointed with my experience at this gas station. I needed to use the restroom, but the employee refused and said out of order because they were closing in 30 minutes. The station was still open, and I found the explanation unreasonable. Customer service should remain available during operating hours, especially for basic facilities like restrooms. I hope management reviews this policy and provides better customer service in the future.
