I had a very disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location during a night visit. I went there to use the car wash, and afterward I tried to use the vacuum. Unfortunately, the vacuum was not working at all—it had no suction and seemed blocked or shut off. I went inside the store and spoke to the night-shift attendant, Mohammed, and politely asked him if he could come and check the issue. Great self service. Beside Costco. Last gas station in North Oshawa before heading to Raglan area.
I am disappointed with the service I received today. The front desk staff member was rude, used inappropriate language toward customers, and showed unprofessional behavior. This creates a hostile environment and reflects very poorly on the business. Experiences like this discourage customers from returning, and I hope management takes action to maintain professional service standards.
