8 out of 10 times i fill up gas at the station there out of receipts i complain at least 3 times to the attendants but same it a bit of inconvenience to pay at the pump then go inside to get your receipts

If there was an option of 0 stars I wouldn't give even one star to this place. Because at 11:00 pm I therefore stopped for filling the gas, the price was showing 123.9, as soon I started filling the gas, they changed the price to 136.9. So, if you don't want to be robbed don't come to this store

Whoever is working the nightshift here needs to get fired ASAP. Pumped stopped working midway through the pump, screens were rebooting back up. I tried to get in touch with someone inside by ringing the bell for about 10-15 minutes & nobody showed up. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying he was in the back doing something with the coolers. It’s -10 outside & instead of rectifying the issue he made it worse by giving no valid answer. Communication is key & he lacks it.

Hello, Please record this report. The night staff at the Petro-Canada location 35101 in Whitby were very careless and unhelpful. I went there because I had an issue with a fee, as my debit card had been tapped. It was very cold outside and I was standing outdoors, but the staff did not assist me at all. I kindly request that the manager or responsible person provide proper guidance to the employees so they can treat customers respectfully and professionally. Thank you.
