Honestly, the only reason I still use Petro-Canada is for the Petro-Points, especially now that they can be linked with Canadian Tire rewards. Other than that, I struggle to see the value. The gas is usually more expensive than many competitors, and the convenience store prices are often ridiculously high. Told the total of my merchandise was $9.97 and the tried to charge me $14.97 on the debt tap. I got it even though the cashier thought I would not notice because I had been drinking. They are just trying to rip you off and owners are in on it. This was on Thursday May 28, 2026 around 11 PM.
