Failure to provide advertisied specials when pointed out the signs say something different than what's scanned. Signage that says all flavours within a size category should include all flavours.
Friendly staff
Honestly, the only reason I still use Petro-Canada is for the Petro-Points, especially now that they can be linked with Canadian Tire rewards. Other than that, I struggle to see the value. The gas is usually more expensive than many competitors, and the convenience store prices are often ridiculously high.
