Horrible service the manager and the person running it are both extremely rude and ignorant called to ask a simple question was yelled at and treated like a child. Disgusting. 0 stars. Only good part are the folks who work in the depot part.
We were very impressed with the service we had, for renting U-Haul. The customer service was fabulous, very helpful and understanding of the situation that we ran into. The truck was clean and ready to go. Very professional. Also gave us a laugh. Thank you for your support and being so kind!
