When I called to order like the normal 24 inch a girl picked up the phone and she wad rude from the start, I almost had to fight with her about the biggest size of pizza they had, after her trying to tell me over and over the 18 inch was the biggest size until I had her list them off and loan behold she said the 24 inch. After being her being pushy on the phone I made the order. Fantastic food! Not only satisfied my hunger but also my shopping fix while waiting... (Goodwill next door).
Absolutely love this place! Whether im just getting a slice of pizza at lunch or a sub, this pizzaria is truly authentic and never dissappoints. HARD workig employees do fantastic! Understandable why this place is busy(: DEFINATELY recommend stopping in!!

I was extremely disappointed with Petrinos tonight, as we normally enjoy their food it was a much different experience this time. It started off with the extremely rude woman on the end of the phone with her super snippy attitude, she told me 25-30 minutes my pizza would be ready. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told it would be a while- as I understand things happen and am willing to be flexible I had to wait an additional 25 extra minutes....The girl there was super unprofessional and rude! Best meatball sub ever! Best pizza around!
We have ordered pizza from there at least once a week. While the pizza tastes good, the service has declined to the point that we will no longer do business with them. Because they have no computer system, we had to give directions to our house every time. The price for the exact same pizza changed every week. And on more than one occasion, pizza has been delivered with toppings slid all over the box. This evening was no exception. The pizza is great, but the lady answering the calls is super mean and it makes you question if you really want the pizza.
