They lost my dads edge trimmer , took his money and lawn mower and we have not been able to get in touch with them for months. They are never open during store hours and never answer the phone.
They dont answer the phone and if they do answer they hang up on you
They didn't have the part I need and they just weren't very friendly
This place is the pits. They lose lawn mowers you bring in for repair and it takes two weeks for them to find. Took my one year old line trimmer in because the pull cord was stuck and the old man pulled the plug and put a few drops of oil in and told me to come back later. Went to pick up and was told I was not using the correct mixture of oil, the plug gap was bent, said the filter was dirty and other issues. The first time the plug was out was when he took it out.
