From previous awful experience the wife had a free oil change offered on her bronco and a quick detail . Was told needs to be there at 8 am . Long story short car was ready at 4:30 pm with zero communication . When we pressed how come this took so long ? Oh there were customers ahead of you. So why the hell did it need to be there at 8 am ? Worst dealership we have dealt with will not see the vehicle back ever as well as ever purchase another ford through Petrie .
