Seems the get in hurry. My kid has brackets falling off before we get out of parking lot. Time before that 4 miles from leaving office. My kids isn't only one. Talked to a lady that had same problems. Need to learn how to put them on and stay. Ridiculous we can't get out of office parking lot or even home. They can do better than this.. I'd not recommend them..

VERY GOOD PLACE WAITED 20 MINS AND THEN GOT STRAIGHT TO THE POINT LOVE IT🫶
There were occasional long waits, and customer service wasn’t great. There were customers that forgotten about, but overall great place to go to for orthodontics.
This place was awesome for us. Never had long waits even during the pandemic. Everyone is so nice! My daughter has her braces off now, and they still check in on how she’s doing.
