All of them are so caring and considerate! Very knowledgeable and informative.
You’re waiting an hour+ to be seen after your appointment time every time. Ridiculous.
I love everything about this office but cannot stand the receptionist at this office she is so rude. (the one with short hair is always nice) but the other one is so snotty. every single time i go she is asking me to make extra payments even after i’ve called the manager and spoken to her in regards to my account. Genuinely the staff are nice but my brackets never seem to stay. I can’t be coming back, this place is 2 hours away from where I live. I can’t be wasting money on gas every single time it comes off. I recently went in and on the way home, my bracket came loose. I called and the lady said they were fully booked and she couldn’t do anything about it. It only bothers me because it’s the same bracket I need to have for my bands and they told me today I was close to having them off. My next appointment isn’t until November. How a... read more
Seems the get in hurry. My kid has brackets falling off before we get out of parking lot. Time before that 4 miles from leaving office. My kids isn't only one. Talked to a lady that had same problems. Need to learn how to put them on and stay. Ridiculous we can't get out of office parking lot or even home. They can do better than this.. I'd not recommend them..
