I would avoid working Randy Scott. She only cares about her bottom line. My family has been a part of the Atlantic beach community for nearly 50 years. She wouldn’t even allow me to make an offer on a house she was representing “to be fair” and ever since that house has been sold, the house has been available to rent. So she didn’t allow me to make an offer so someone could use it as an investment property that she would be hired to list. She is trying to rent a $850k house for $40k/mo. Selfish and dirty.
