Incompetent and rude staff Called to ask for the address to the leasing office because every address we found were just to different apartment buildings. The lady asked a million irrelevant questions about us and when we asked if there was a separate leasing office, she didn't respond with the address. Her response was "well yeah. I'm standing in it." Super helpful.... When we got there, I asked about a 1 bedroom floor plan. They don't have any. She accused my boyfriend and I of being cheap and just wanting to save money on ... read more

Great, Friendly Family Run Business I'm a current tenant of this property and couldn't be more happy with my situation! The housing is so affordable and the amenities are great. There is plenty of parking, storage and the laundry space is the very clean. The maintenance team is very responsive to any calls you make for repairs and the Petretti ladies are friendly and always remember your name!

VERY RUDE You know when you're reading reviews and you're like OMG its gotta be some robot or some plan to make these people look bad, i swear it's not. These people have got to be THE RUDEST people i have EVER had the displeasure of speaking to. I went there in person the previous day before to grab a few applications i couldn't even speak it was like as soon as i walked into the office i was ushered out with haste. Rude. I called to possibly rent from this apartment complex and talked to a very nice woman. She told me that my roommate had been talking to Trish so she took down my questions and told me that he would call that afternoon. He ended up calling a little later that night which was fine, but he was very rude. I speak somewhat quickly and he had a problem with that. Rude # 2 I would like to repeat what a previous reviewer stated: "I am a potential renter and when I called to ask about the available apartment(s), I was directed to a very shrewd and impatient woman. NO, THANK YOU. I wish I had caught the woman's name, but, sadly; she lives to turn away yet another potential resident." I wish I could tell you how nice this place is to live in.
