This was my first and LAST time at this hair salon. I asked the owner “Petra” to blow my hair out and straighten it. She had a client so she told me I would have to wait. I said that’s fine, she had the other girls wash my hair and sit me under the dryer and basically passed me off to one of them. My thought process was that she was letting someone else do my hair because they could do the job with no problem even tho I specifically asked for her.
