We need our carpet restretched and cleaned. The man who came to estimate was personally and very knowledgeable. Plus he gave us a good price for the job. After we scheduled a date for the job the truck they use for this service (apparently the company has different trucks for different types of restoration) broke. That was three weeks ago. I've tried calling and the messages box is full. I tried texting but received no reply.
