Petra is an excellent agent. I worked with her in buying my first apartment, and she made the process very smooth. She was very knowledgeable, very communicative, and extremely persistent in finding information on the buildings I was interested in. She was also great in ensuring my closing went smoothly when I had to travel to a place with limited internet access in between going under contract and closing. In addition, she's a very nice, interesting person, and it was a pleasure to spend time touring places with her.
