Very misleading as well as very rude! Spoke with the property Manager several times about a listing, as well as, she set up a listing for you for me to take a look at the property. She decided to have me fill out the application, nowhere on the beginning of the application does it state will run a credit check or based off credit. It does state that it has rental history your income Hass to be two or three times the amount of the rent and references. And never states credit or credit check. Attempted to rent an apartment in Anderson through “Tiffany” with this company. Initial response was same day however the next time I heard from her was 3 weeks later after the apartment had been rented. My own fault for not pushing more but I would have rented it same day had she responded.
One of the worst experiences I have had with a property management company. I called about a mold issue in the house I was renting and they finally sent someone out about 2 months later. Of course they twisted my words and tried to make it my fault. They said the mold was superficial all I know is I stayed sick and now that I moved I am better and so is my wife. They conducted some air quality tests and I never got the results. They also kept my security deposit even though the house was in better appearance than when I firs... read more
