My second time purchasing a car from Petra Motors. The first time, great experience. No issues with the car or financing, so I figured I would go back because of the great experience I had & the quality of the car I still have. Second time, the salesperson was nice & attentive. I got a car and in less than a month the car dies on the freeway. I now have to get the car repaired out of my pocket. I reached out to the dealership and received zero assistance. We apologize for this situation that happened as it does not reflect the ethics of Petra Motors. The vehicle was bought from our lot and running well. After a few months the customer brought us the car and we did a diagnostic. It turned out that the customer had put in a blue devil engine block sealer and that is what caused the engine to fail.
