Terrible contractor they don't coordinate a job well and then try to back charge you with trumped up back charges. I had to fight them for 3 months to get them to pay us. I disputed their original back charges and then they came up with more. I then disputed those and threatened to lien the project and not provide a warranty on the project. All of this after I showed them how to save more than $500K on the project and a sister project. Never work for Petra again.
