My friend's furnace stopped working and I told her to call Petra. They did a great job installing my furnace a few years ago. Well, Mark helped her troubleshoot it over the phone and got it working without coming out OR charging her. She was not a customer and he had never dealt with her before. He could have legitimately charged her for a service call but instead he spent over 30 minutes on the phone with her and helped her get her furnace running again and then refused to charge her.
