Truly the quintessential slum lords. I was rented an apartment under the assumption these were decent people. Despite the apartment having a broken AC with zero function, no door knobs on half the rooms in the apartment, a broken light on the walk up staircase to the apartment, and 3 foot by 2 foot gaping hole under the sink letting in pests and critters.
