Just awful awful treatment on a residential level. I know Elias is a great guy and does good work but his employee Bethany Salcan is so unprofessional and antagonistic. Not only is she a massive liability to the home owner but this business Elias worked so hard to build. This lady instead of owning up to things and finding solutions. Petra Jax is leasing the building behind our house and they are doing nothing about the homeless tent city that is going up on the property. We have kids and the people are arguing, peeing in public just to name a few things going on. They are blaming the owner and saying he is out of the country and are doing nothing about the situation.
Our business has been a long term tenant with Petra Realty for approx. 4 years. During that time we have undergone major construction to bring the building to code and made smaller repairs & investments in the space. Throughout the entire process, the team at Petra has made sure they were in constant communication with us. We get face time with our representative when requested.
